Alliance for Children is a fully licensed, Hague accredited international adoption agency. We have been placing children internationally for over 40 years. Families living in any state may adopt through one of our international programs, and those who live in a state in which we are licensed may also have our agency complete the home study and post-placement reports.

Additional information about applications, placements, disruptions and waiting children for the past three years is available upon request.
We provide home study and post-placement services to families living in states in which we are licensed. However, we can provide birth parent and adoption placement services to clients in all 50 states.
